Comprehensive Training for Security Guards

Safeguard ensures that all staff have the requisite training to perform their duties.  This includes on-site training specific to the location guards are being deployed.  Specially drafted training checklists are made for each location and staff are “walked” through the duties and requirements of each location prior to being assigned work themselves.  Before conducting on site training, Safeguard ensures all staff are familiarized with the general policies and procedures of the company.

Only guards with ministry approved training and certification are eligible for employment.

If you are seeking employment in the security guard industry, and are not currently licensed, Safeguard partners with Ontario Security HUB in order for you to obtain the requisite Ministry training.
