Meet the team
Graeme Eastmure
PRESIDENT
Graeme has been involved in the security and investigation business since high school, working as a security guard in summers and then as a private investigator while in University.
After completing his BA at the University of Western Ontario, Graeme entered the profession full time. His work undercover led to successful arrest for thefts, fraud and illegal drug activity which quickly opened up investigative and management opportunities for Graeme.
When the national security firm he was serving as Executive Vice President was sold in 2006, Graeme struck out on his own to start Safeguard Security & Investigation Services Ltd.
Graeme currently oversees the handling of private investigation and security guard work for several corporations. Licensed as a private investigator in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC, Graeme handles the most sensitive and high profile investigations.
Julie Eastmure
VICE PRESIDENT
Julie Eastmure has been working in the Private Investigation industry for 15 years and currently heads Safeguard Security’s Pre-Employment Screening Services. As Vice President of Safeguard, Julie also oversees the financial end of Safeguard.
Tom Deverell
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Tom started with Safeguard in 2010 and has worked his way up through the ranks. He has proven to be a dependable and resourceful member of our team and he will now help manage our operations and ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
